Whereas the owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, Orange County, California, described as Lots 57, 58, 65, and 66, Block E, Heimann and Georgels Addition, has filed with the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim a petition reauestin that a variance be granted permitting the operation of a Ladies Hosiery Factory on said real property; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds from consideration and investi- gation of the facts and the report and recommendations of the City Planning Commission that: (1) Lots 57 and 58 are now in C -2 Zone. Lots 65 and 66 are now in R -3 Zone. (2) Special circumstances and exceptional conditions do exist as to the above described real property that do not apply generally to the property or classes of uses in the same zone or district. (3) That a variance is necessary for the preservation and en- joyment of a substantial property right of said petitioner. (4) That the granting of such variance will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in the district wherein said property is located. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, that a variance is hereby granted whereby a Ladies Hos- .iery Factory may be maintained and operated upon said real property. The foregoing resolution is approved and signed by me this 3rd day of September, 1946.
