RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT
DEED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Anaheim that for
itself, and on behalf of said City of Anaheim, it does hereby accept
that certain Easement Deed dated August 23, 1946, wherein Anaheim
Citrus Products Company, Limited, is Grantor, and said City of Ana-
heim is Grantee, wherein there is granted to said City of Anaheim
an easement and right of way for public street purposes of a 20 foot
strip of land which is a portion of the southeast one quarter of the
northwest one quarter at of the southeast one quarter of Section 3,
township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
said strip being in the City of Anaheim, Orange County, California.
The foregoing Resolution was ro and y gne me
