BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1454 is hereby amended in
accordance with the terms hereof, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the schedule of compensation herein
contained shall be in effect as of 1 August 19)46.

and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
