IWHE EAS, the City of Anaheim is the cre. er of that' certain real property
situated in the Anaheim, Oranee County, California, and described as:
A tract of land in the Cit y of Anaheim, County of Ora e State o CCe tfo r...a
be,-. a :portion. of the SW' of the SE of Section 3, Townshi7 4 South,
Ranee 10 'West, San Bernardino Base and oridian, and more particularly
described es follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of East La Palma Avenue, which
feint is 30 feet forth of the monumented center line of said East La
Palma Avenue, any. 406.87 fet Eastwardly measured alone_. said north line,
from the monumented center line of North Olive Street; thence East along;
said north line of East La Palma Avenue a distance of 190 feet to a
point; thence Northwardly alone a line parallel to the monumented center
line of north Olive Street a distance of 2+0.00 feet to a point; thence
West alone' a line parallel to the north lino of East La Palma Avenue a
distance of 190.00 feet to a point; thence Southwardly along a line
parallel to the monumented center line of North Olive Street a distance
of 240.00 feet to the point of beginnin±, containing an area of 1.04
acres, more or less.
Reservin.,; unto City of Anaheim, Grantor herein, an easement over, across,
along and wader the easterly five (5) feet of said tract, for the purpose
of constructing„ repairing, replacing, operating a..1 .xainteinin± thereon
sewer and water pipe line, electric pole lines, and other City owned
utilities, and appurtenances thereto.

AND WHEREAS, said City of Anaheim has no use for said property or any
Part thereof for public purposes, and. the City Council thereof finds that it is
for the best interests of said City that said property should be sold and
conveyed from public ownership in order that the same may again be placed upon
the tax rolls of said City and of the County of Orange, and
WHEREAS, Oscar Frank Schultz, a married man, has offered said City
the sum of Thirtyseven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($3750.00) for said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY com c"L OP THE CITY OF
AI;AHEIir, that it does hereby sell said property to said Oscar Frank Schultz,
subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way of record,
and subject to any taxes for the fiscal year 19146- 19+7, and that the Mayor
and the City Clerk of said. City of Anaheim are hereby authorized to slake, e
and deliver unto said. Oscar Frank Schultz the deed of said City of Anaheim
