RESOLUTION NO. 1461
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM J. W. PHELPS, ADELE N.
PHELPS, KENNETH A. NAGEL AND EMMA OWENS NAGEL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
that for itself and on behalf of said City of Anaheim it does here-
by accept that certain Quitclaim Deed dated March 7, 1946, whereby
J. W. Phelps, Adele N. Phelps, Kenneth A. Nagel and Emma Owens
Nagel do remise, release and quitclaim to said City of Anaheim that
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northern boundary of Original Buil
ing Lot Twenty -six, as shown on a Map of Anaheim recorded in
Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles
County, California, 110 feet Easterly from the Northwest corne
of said Lot Twenty -six; running thence Easterly along said
Northern Boundary, three (3) inches; thence at right angles
Southerly 11 rods to the Southern boundary of said lot; thence
at right angles Westerly three (31 inches; and thence Norther'
parallel with the Western boundary of said Lot, 11 rods to the
point of beginning.
Excepting the Southerly 9 feet as conveyed to the City of Ana-
heim for public alley purposes by deed recorded May 15, 1908,
in Book 158, page 206, of Deeds, records of Orange County,
California.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me
this 23rd day of April, 1946.

I, Charles E. Griffith, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, held on April 23, 1946, by the following vote of the
members thereof;
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pearson, Van Wagoner, Honey, Keying, Pace.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
And I further certify that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim signed and approved said Resolution on the 23rd day of
