2 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CRE-
ATING A FUND KNOWN AS JOB 236 FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY,
3 CREATING A BANK ACCOUNT KNOWN AS JOB 230-FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING
AUTHORITY, AND DIRECTING AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES
4 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO SAID ACCOUNT.
5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
1. That a Fund is hereby created for the purpose of making
expenditures with respect to certain work to be done in connection
with the performance of a contract with Federal Public Housing,• Au-
9 thority having to do with the erection of certain emergency housing

10 I for the housing of veterans and their families, which Fund shall be
11 1
known as JOB 48 FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING. AUTHORITY;

12 2. That an account be opened with Anaheim Branch of Bank of
13 lAmerica National Trust and Savings Association, a national banking
14 1 association, which is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance
15 Corporation, which account shall be known and designated as JOB 2BB
16 FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY; said account shall be placed in
17 the name of the City of Anaheim and all checks thereon shall be
18 signed by the Mayor, Chas. A. Pearson, and the City Clerk, Charles
19 E. Griffith, on behalf of said city.
20 3. That the sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)
21 be forthwith transferred from the General Fund of the City of Ana-
22 heim to said fund designated as JOB-230-FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING
23 1 AUTHORITY and be placed and deposited in said Account designated as
24 1 JOB 238 FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY;
25 4. That the City Treasurer of the City of Anahelm,be, and he

is hereby, authorized to make such transfer and deposit.
