BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIX
1. That for itself, and on behalf of said City of Ana—
heim, said City Council does hereby approve and adopt those speci—
fications for the construction of that certain transmission line,
known as "Olive Street 11 K V Transmission line", which specifica—
tions have been deposited with the City Clerk of said City of Ana—
heim anc7 are known as "SPECIFICATIO:S FOR CONSTRUCTIOE OF OLIVE
STREET 11 K V TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT";
2. ?.That said City Council has ascertained, and does here-
by determine that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in
the City of Anaheim in which the public work to be performed, as
described in said specifications, for each craft or type of workman
needed to execute a contract to perform said work, and the general
prevailin„7 rate for legal holiday and overtime work in said. City of
Anaheim for each craft or type of workman needed to execute such
contract is:
(a) For time other than overtime and legal holidays, Satur—
