RESOLUTION NO. 14 39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING
INTENTION OF PROPONENTS TO CIRCULATE PETITION.
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim a copy of notice of intention to circulate petition
relating to the annexation of territory to the City of Anaheim,
together with accompanying statement and an affidavit of publishin
thereof, which notice of intention is dated October 30, 1945, and
is signed by A. C. Maass, Celia E. Klaus, A. B. Wilmsen, F. W.
Henry Bremer, C. S. Shepard, and salter R. lard, which notice and
accompanying statement were published in the Anaheim Bulletin as
more particularly appears by said affidavit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby acknowledge receipt of
said copy of notice of intention to circulate a petition and does
hereby approve the intention of the proponents, named in said
notice, to circulate such petition as they declare it is their
intention to do in said notice.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me
this 20th. day of November, 1945.
