RESOLUTION NO. 1437
TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANA HE GRANTING A
AIN AND OPERATE A SPUR TRACK OVER HESSEL AVENU
WHEREAS, Crystal Cold Storage
its application, dated October 19, 1946, requested a permit to con-
struct, maintain and operate a spur track over and across Hensel
Avenue at a losation particularly described in said application and
also shown upon a cap filed therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLD by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, that on behalf of said City of Anaheim it does
hereby grant unto said Crystal Cold Storage Warehouse Company a per
mit to constru•t, maintain and operate a spur track over and. across
Hassel Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, said }tassel Avenue being shown on a map of *Recerd of
Survey of a Portion of Lot 47, Anaheim Extension," filed March 24,
1942, in Book 12, page 22 of Records of Survey, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County, the center line of said track
being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the tan lane of said Helsel
Avenue, distant Northerly thereon 20€3 feet, more or less, from
its intersection with the Northerly line of Santa Ana Street,
49.5 fest wide, as shown on said Reoord of Survey map; thence
Westerly a distance of 30 feet, more or less, to a point in
the Westerly line of said Hessel Avenue, distant Northerly
thereon 200 feet, more or less, from the Westerly extension of
the Northerly line of said Santa Ana Street,
and more particularly shown upon said map filed with said applica-
tion.
Passed and adopted at a regular aeet .ng of the City
Council held on the 13th day of November, 1945.
