immediately south of said buildings.
situated on Patt Street, and formerly used by the Southern Meat
Company, for the purpose of processing meats, fruits and vegetables
for human consumption; and
WHEREAS, such application has been presented to the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim for consideration, and
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has recommended that
such application be granted subject to certain conditions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said property and buildings, above mentioned,

may be used by said The Bridgford/Company for the purpose of pro-
cessing meats, fruits and vegetables for human consumption upon the
following conditions:
1. That said property and buildings be kept in a clean
and orderly condition.
2. That said property and buildings be so operated and
used as to not permit the escape of noxious or objectionable odors.
3. That all livestock kept on said property be kept on
concrete or other hard surface.
4. That no livestock shall be kept on said property for
feeding purposes.
5. That all manure be removed from said property at fre-
quent intervals so as to prevent any odor, health or insect nuisanc$.
6. That no meat shall be slaughtered, processed or ren-
dered on any property south of the Sante Fe Railway spur tract
7. That all processing, slaughtering and rendering meat
!on said property and in said buildings shall at all times be done
and carried on under and subject to inspection of either the Federal
1 8`. That said property and buildings shall not be used in
2 any manner contrary to or in violation of any ordinance of the City
3 i of Anaheim, or of any law; .rule or regulation of the State of Cali
4 fornia or of the United Stater or any agency or bureau of the State
5 of California or of the States.
6 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in the event that any of
7 skid property .z-or buildings be used in any manner contrary to the
8 i provision and. eonditiofle of this reaolution that the saki City.
9 Council may revoke said permit and permission to use said property
10ljand btuildingsfor the purposes herein mentioned. Any proceedings to
11i 1revoke such permit and /or•use ahall"beahadat a public hearing of

13! fixed by the City Council. Notice of such hearing shall be mailed
14 to the perittee by the`CityClerk not=later'than ten days before

'such' hearing.' The permittee shall -be` permitted to be present and
testify at such hearing and to produce witnesses in his behalf and
may have an attorney to represent him. The decision of the City
Council upon such hearing shall be final;
