1944-1405-A (2)r RESOLUTION NO. 64:25 Meat WHEREAS, The Bridgford /Company of San Diego, California, 3 has made application for a permit to use the property and buildings 4q situated on Patt Street, and formerly used by the Southern Meat 5 6 Company, for the purpose of processing meats, fruits and vegetables for human consumption; and 7 WHEREAS, such application has been presented to the City 8 Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim for consideration, and 9 WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has recommended that 10 such application be granted subject to certain conditions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that said property and buildings, above mentioned, Meat 13 may be used by said The Bridgford/Company for the purpose of pro 14 ceasing meats, fruits and vegetables for human consumption upon the 15 'following conditions: 16 i 1. That said property and buildings be kept in a clean 17 and orderly condition. 18 2. That said property and buildings be so operated and 19 used as to not permit the escape of noxious or objectionable odors. 3. That all livestock kept on said property be kept on concrete or other hard surface. 20 21 22 4. That no livestock shall be kept on said property for 23 feeding purposes. 24 5. That all manure be removed from said property at fre- 25 quent intervals so as to prevent any odor, health or insect nuisanc$. I 26 6. That no meat shall be slaughtered, g processed or ren- 27 dered on any property south of the Same Fe Railway spur tract 28 'immediately south of said buildings. 29 30 31 7. Any proceedings to 11 revoke such permit and /or use shall be had at a public hearing of 12the said City Council. Time and place of such hearing shall be 13 fixed by the City Council. Notice of such hearing shall be mailed 14 j to the permittee by the City Clerk not later than ten days before 15 such hearing. The permittee shall be permitted to be present and 16 ',testify at such hearing and to produce witnesses in his behalf and 17 may have an attorney to represent him.
