RESOLUTION NO. 1405
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MEMBERS OF THE ORANGE COUNTY JOINT OUTFALL AGREEMENT
AND WASTE WATER DISPOSAL COMPANY.
WHEREAS, Waste Water Disposal Company, a corporation, has tendered to
City of Anaheim a proposed agreement dated as of December 1, 1944, between City
of Santa Ana, City of Anaheim, City of Fullerton, City of Orange, La Habra Sani—
tary District, Placentia Sanitary District, Buena Park Sanitary District, and
Garden Grove Sanitary District, as First Parties, and said Waste Water Disposal
Company, as Second Party, providing for the discharge by said Second Party of
certain water into the sewerage system of said First Parties, upon certain terms
as therein set forth, and for the cancellation of a certain agreement therein
designated as "original agreement and a certain agreement therein designated as
"supplemental agreement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim:
1. That the City of Anaheim enter into said agreement and sign the same
2. That Chas. A. Pearson, as Mayor of the City of Anaheim, and Charles
18 E. Griffith, as City Clerk thereof, be and they are hereby authorized and directed
19 to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim, to sign the name of the
20 City Anaheim thereto, and to affix the seal of the City of Anaheim thereto.
21 The foregoing Resolution is approved and signed by me this 20th day
