2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM PERTAINING
TO THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR OUTFALL SEWER WORK UNDER FEDERAL
3 WORKS AGENCY PROJECT NO. CALIF. 4- 657 -N.

WHEREAS, the proposals received for the construction of

sanitary sewer near Garden Grove, California, FWA Project No. Cali
6
1 1.657 -N have been duly opened, read and compared; and

WHEREAS, it appears that Tom L. Gogo is the low bidder
8
based upon the estimated contract price of $116,460.00, which is
9,
the amount of the estimated quantities at the unit prices bid ther
10
fore for Items 1 to 10 inclusive of the bid schedule; and
11
12
WHEREAS, such amount is within the available construction
funds of $119,413.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILAF

THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, that the contract for the construction of said
15
work be and the same is hereby awarded to Tom L. Gogo for the Item
16
and amount above stated; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of
the City of Anaheim be and they are hereby authorized to execute
such contract and any other documents, agreements or instrument in
connection therewith for and on behalf of said City of Anaheim;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this award is tentative, and

is subject to the approval of the Federal Works Agency and may be
24
cancelled or rescinded at any time prior to notification by the
25
26 City Clerk of the City of Anaheim to the contemplated awardee that
the award is final.
