that certain grant deed dated November 25, 1944, wherein John Samon
and Amelia Samon, husband and wife, grant to City of Anaheim for the
widening of West Water Street, a parcel of real property in Lot G -4,
Anaheim Vineyard Lots, in said City, be and the same is hereby ap-
proved and accepted by said City.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of
November, 1944, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Sheridan, Barnes, Boney, Van Wagoner
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN: Pearson.
and was signed and approved on said date.
