that the sum of Thirty -seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000.00) be and

Anaheim to the Capital Outlays Fund of the City of Anaheim, which

passed and adopted on the 14th day of July, 1942; and

Capital Outlays Fund may be hereafter drawn and used in all cases

permitted by law.
