RESOLUTION NO. 1 394
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CREATING
A CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT FOR PROJECT DOCKET NO. CALIFORNIA 4- 657 -N.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, as contracting city for
Section 3 of Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer, is about to do
certain construction work on said Section 3, and has been granted
certain financial assistance from Federal Works Agency, under its
Docket No. California 4- 657 -N, which project is hereby designated
as "Job 217 and
WHEREAS, it is a term and condition of Federal Works
Agency in granting such assistance that all funds, however pro-
vided, for the payment of the cost of said project shall be de-
posited, promptly upon receipt thereof, in a separate account;
'NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the`City of Anaheim that an account be opened with Anaheim Branch
of Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, at
Anaheim, California, a national banking association, which is a
member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, which account
shall be known and designated as "Job 217 Construction Account
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all funds, however provided,
for the payment of the cost of said project, be deposited promptly
upon receipt thereof, in said account, and that the monies in said
account be expended only for costs of said project and in accord
ance with such purposes as shall have been previously specified
in the latest project control estimate approved for said project,
or, if any, the latest signed certificate of purposes filed with
and as approved by the Federal Government; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said account shall be placed
in the name of the City of Anaheim and that all checks thereon shal
be signed by the Mayor, Chas. A. Pearson, and the City Clerk,
