RESOLUTION NO. 43/
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
KOEBIG AND KOEBIG
WHEREAS, the contracting parties of the Orange County
Joint Outfall Sewer Agreement are contemplating the construction of
a portion of Section 3 of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, as contracting City for
said Section 3 of said Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer, is pre-
paring an application for funds for the construction of said portio
of said Section 3, which application is to be filed with FEDERAL
WORKS AGENCY;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said City of Anaheim, as contracting city
for said Section 3 of said Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer, does
hereby hire and employ A. H. Koebig, Jr., doing business as Koebig
and Koebig, as its consulting engineer to prepare final application
in the planning, design and construction of such project and the
furnishing of plans incidental thereto and in furnishing other
services, all in accordance with an agreement tendered to said
City by said A. H. Koebig, Jr; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said A. H. Koebig, Jr. be
paid the sum of Six Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($6,600.00) for
his services, together with reimbursement for incidental services
as provided in said agreement so tendered; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said City of Anaheim as such
contracting city enter into said agreement with A. H. Keobig, Jr.
and that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim be and he is hereby
authorized to affix the name of the City of Anaheim thereto and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to affix the seal of the City
of Anaheim thereto.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me
