RESOLUTION NO. 1385
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ITS RESOLUTION NO. 1132, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, BY FIXING CERTAIN
RATES FOR GENERAL WATER SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Anahei
that it does hereby amend its Resolution No. 1132, adopted. June 27,
1939, as heretofore amended, by establishing the following rates
for General Water Service:
1. Applicable to all consumers of water from City owned and
maintained water mains within the City Limits of the City of Anahei
Rate:
First 750 cubic feet or less $1.50
Over 750 cubic feet Sr() per 100 cubic feet
MINIMUM CHARGE:
(a) For metered services through:
3/4" Pipe 1.50 3" Pipe $8.50
1" 2.10 4" Pipe 12.50
3.50 25.50
5.50
(b) When water is supplied to more than one lot or more than
one dwelling or building occupied by more than one family
thrown. one meter service, an additional charge of 250_
will be made.
2. Applicable to all consumers of water from City owned and
maintained water mains outside the City Limits of the City of
Anaheim:

Over 750 cubic feet 12 per 100 cubic feet

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above rates are monthly
charges and shall become effective August 1, 1944, and shall con—
tinue thereafter until changed by said. City Council.

force and effect.
