AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY OTMPTC TO EXECUTE PRELIMINARY
APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PORTION OF OUTFALL SEWER
WHEREAS, the governing bodies of the Cities of Anaheim and Fullerton,
and of the Sanitary Districts of La Habra, Placentia and Buena Park, have
authorized the City of Anaheim, as contracting city, to file an application with
the Federal Works Agency for Federal aid in the reconstruction of Section 3 of
the Joint Outfall Sewer:
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the Mayor and City Clerk of said city be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to sign Form WPB -2g14, Preliminary Application for Construction of
said Section 3, and to file same with the proper agency.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this 29th day of
February, 194
