1944-13661 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION N0. 1366 WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain right, title and interest in certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as: That portion of Acacia Street (vacated) and Lot One (1) in Block Two (2) of the "Koeffler Tract as shown on a Map recorded in Book 30, page 17 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of Palm Street as shown on said map 5 feet Northwest of the most Northerly corner of Lot Three (3) in Block One (1) of said Tract; thence Southwesterly parallel with the Southeasterly line of Acacia Street (vacated) 119.35 feet; thence Northwesterly parallel with the Westerly line of Palm Street, 100 feet; thence Northeasterly parallel with the Southerly line of Acacia Street (vacated) 119.35 feet to the Westerly line of Palm Street; thence Southeasterly along the Westerly line of Palm Street 100 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting there- from the Northeasterly ten feet adjoining the Westerly line of Palm Street. WHEREAS, said City of Anaheim has no use for said property or any part thereof for public purposes, and said City Council finds that it is for the bene- fit and best interests of said City that the said property should be sold and conveyed into private ownership in order that the same may again be placed upon the tax rolls of the City of Anaheim and the County of Orange, and MIM S, it is impractical for the City of Anaheim to initiate steps to clear title to said property, and WHEREAS, an offer of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) has been made for the purchase of said City's right, title and interest in said property, together with the further consideration of her agreement to surrender to the City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim for his cancellation of all outstanding 1911 Act Bonds and coupons being a lien upon said property, by a private individual, to -wit: Minnie B. Nary, a widow. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that it does hereby sell all of the right, title and interest of said City of Anaheim in and to said above described property unto Minnie B. Nary, a widow, and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim are hereby author- ized to make, execute and deliver unto said Minnie B. Nary, a widow, the deed of said City of Anaheim granting unto said Minnie B. Nary, a widow, all of the right, title and interest of said City of Anaheim in and to said real property.
