RESOLUTION NO. 1361
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of that certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows: As per Map recorded in
Book 15, Page 48, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, Lot 21, Block 4, Tract No. 422 (Mills Park Tract).
WHEREAS, said. City of Anaheim has no use for said propert
or any part thereof for public purposes, and said City Council find
that it is for the benefit and best interests of said City that the
said property should be sold and conveyed into private ownership in
order that the same may again be placed upon the tax rolls of the
City of Anaheim and the County of Orange, and
WHEREAS, an offer of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) cash has been
made for the purchase of said property, together with the further
consideration of their agreement to surrender to the City Treasurer
of the City of Anaheim for his cancellation of all outstanding 1911
Act Bonds and coupons being a lien upon said property, by private
individuals, to -wit: Elmer E. Bruce and Eileen D. Bruce, husband
and wife, as joint tenants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it does hereby sell all of the above described
real property unto the said Elmer E. Bruce and. Eileen D. Bruce, and
the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Anaheim are hereby author-
ized to make, execute and deliver unto the said Elmer E. Bruce and
Eileen D. Bruce, the grant deed of the said City of Anaheim convey-
ing said property to said Elmer E. Bruce and Eileen D. Bruce.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of November, 1943.

And I further certify that the Mayor of the City of Ana-
heim signed and approved said resolution on the 30th day of Novembe
1943.
