WHEREAS, said City of Anaheim has no use for said property or any part thereof for public purposes, and said City Council finds that it is for the bene- fit and best interests of said City that the said property should be sold and conveyed into prii'ate ownership in order that the same may again be placed upon the tax rolls of the City of Anaheim and the County of Orange, and WHEREAS, an offer of One Hundred Thirty Dollars ($130.00) cash has been made for the purchase of said property, together with the further consideration of their agreement to surrender to the City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim for his cancellation of all outstanding 1911 Act Bonds and coupons being a lien upon said property, by private individuals, to -wit; Theodore B. Kirkhart and Maxine Kirkhart, husband and wife, as joint tenants. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby sell all of the above described real property unto the said Theodore B. Kirkhart and Maxine Kirkhart and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Anaheim are hereby authorized to make, execute and deliver unto said Theodore B. Kirkhart and Maxine Kirkhart the grant deed of the said City of Anaheim conveying said property to said Theodore B. Kirkhart and Maxine Kirkhart. The foregoing resolution is approved and signed by me this 24th day of August, 1943.
