1943-1340RESOLUTION NO. 1340 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLO- CATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE. WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented a memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project statement submitted by the City for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax for the fiscal year 1944 allocated for streets of major importance other than State highways in the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof, and desires to approve the same; THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that said agreement for expenditure of 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for streets of major importance other than State highways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City. ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1943.
