BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim that it does hereby accept that grant deed, dated June 22,
1943, wherein is conveyed to the City of Anaheim, a Municipal
Corporation of the State of California, by R. W. McClellan and
Blanche S. McClellan, husband and wife, that real property sit-
uated in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of the
Anaheim -Olive Road, said point being 595.68 feet South
73° 7 50" East of an iron bolt marking the angle
point at Engineers Stations 113 +76.32 of said road;
thence South 16° 3' 30" West along a line 100 feet
East at right angles from the West line of the Garden
Grove Storm Water District, to its intersection with
the South line of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 9
West, S. B. B. M.; thence West along said line to its
intersection with the West line of the South -east quarter
of the Southwest quarter of said Section 7; thence North
along said West line to its intersection with the center
line of the Anaheim -Olive Road; thence East along said
line to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom the following described land:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of
the Anaheim -Olive Road with the West line of the East
one -half of the South -west quarter of Section 7, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 9 West, S. B. B. M.; thence South
along said West line 307.72 feet; thence East parallel
with the South line of said Section Seven, 153.11 feet;
thence North parallel with said West line of the East
one -half of the South -west quarter of said Section
Seven, 261.29 feet, more or less, to the center line
of the said Anaheim -Olive Road; thence North 73° 7' 50"
West along said center line of Anaheim -Olive Road,
160 feet to the point of beginning, containing one acre,
more or less.
The foregoing resolution is signed and approved by me
this 22nd day of June, 1943.
