RESOLUTION NO. 1333
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it hereby accepts on behalf of said City of Anaheim
the following described deeds:
1. That certain grant deed, dated Anril 8, 1943 where-
by Kenneth Kenichi Tanaka grants to the City of Anaheim the
following described real property, situated in the City of Ana-
heim, County of Orange, State of California:
Parcel 1. That portion of Lot Sixteen (16) of "Miles
Rancho as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 7
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of
North Lemon Street, as described in the deed to the
County of Orange recorded March 21st, 1917, in Book
300, page 265 of Deeds, with the South westerly line
of the State Highway, which said South- westerly line is
the Northeasterly line of said Lot Sixteen (16); thence
South easterly along the West line of said North Lemon
Street, a distance of 200 feet; thence West parallel
to the South line of said Lot Sixteen (16), 175 feet;
thence North parallel to the West line of said Lot to
an intersection with the South line of said State High-
way; thence South easterly along said South westerly
line of said State Highway to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2. A portion of land which was originally a
part of North Lemon Street along the Easterly portion
of the property described in Parcel 1.

2. That certain Quitclaim Deed;Twhereby G. M. Bartlett,
Minerva E. Bartlett f.nd M. Elizabeth Bartlett do quitclaim to
the City of Anaheim all that real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California. as follows:
Parcel 1. All that portion of Lot Sixteen (16) of
"Miles Rancho as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,
nage 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, lying within a strip of land 60 feet wide,
the center line of which is the Northerly extension
of the center line of North Lemon Street, as shown on
the Map of Anaheim Extension as surveyed by William
Hamel December llth, 1868.
Parcel 2. That portion of Lot Sixteen (16) of "Miles
Rancho as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 7
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, described as follows: Beginning at the inter-
section of the West line of North Lemon Street as
described in the deed to the County of Orange recorded
Larch 21st, 1917 in Book 300, page 265 of Deeds, with
the South-westerly line of the State Highway, which said
South- westerly line is the North- easterly line of said
Lot Sixteen (16); thence South easterly along the West
line of said North Lemon Street, a distance of 200
feet; thence West Parallel to the South line of said

Lot Sixteen, 175 feet; thence North parallel to the West
line of said Lot to an intersection with the South line
of said State Highway; thence South- easterly along said
South westerly line of said State Highway to the point
of beginning.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed by me
