RESOLUTION NO. 1329
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Op THE CITY OP ANAHEIM that the
sum of Twenty nine Thousand Seven Hundred fifty Dollars be and it
is forthwith transferred from the General Puna of the City of Anaheim to the
Capital Outlays Fund of the City of Anaheim, which fund, was created by Ordinance
No. 652 of the City of Anaheim, duly passed and adopted on the 14th day of Ju].y,
1942; and
BB IT FURTHER RZSOLVID that the money so placed in said Capital Outlays
Fund may be hereafter drawn therefrom and used in all cases permitted by law.
The foregoing resolution is signed and approved by me this ljth day
of April, 1943,
