RESOLUTION N(2. 1325.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING
THE ADOPTION OF ASSEMBLY BILL NO. 992.
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the benefit of the Metro-
politan Water District of Southern California and to the City of
Anaheim, which is a member thereof, that Assembly Bill No. 992 be
enacted to facilitate financing in case of disaster;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM that said Assembly Bill No. 992 be enacted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said City Council does hereby
recommend that the Legislature pass said Bill and that the Governor
approve the same.
The foregoing resolution is signed and approved by me this
16th day of March, 1943.
