A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ITS RESOLUTION NO. 1132, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED BY FIXING CERTAIN
RATES FOR GENERAL WATER SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
that it does hereby amend its Resolution No. 1132, adopted June 27,
1939, as heretofore amended by establishing the following rates fox
General Water Service:
1. Applicable to all consumers of water from City owned and
maintained water mains within the City Limits of the City of Ana-
heim:
Rate:
First 750 cubic feet
Over 750 cubic feet
$1.00
8¢ per 100 cubic feet.
2. Applicable to all consumers of water from City owned and
maintained water mains outside the City Limits of the City of Ana-
heim:
Rate:
First 750 cubic feet $1.50
Over 750 cubic feet 12¢ per 100 cubic feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above rates shall become
effective April 1, 1943, and shall continue thereafter during the
remainder of 1943, and thereafter until changed by said City Coun-
cil.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said Reso-
lution No. 1132, as heretofore amended, shall remain in full force
and effect.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me this
16th day of February, 1943.
