RESOLUTION NO. 1f
2 WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain righ
3 title and interest in certain real property situated in the City of
4 Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot 18
5 of Anaheim Home Tract as per Map recorded in Book 6, Page 34, Miscel
6 laneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and Lot 13 of
7 Mary Goodman Tract, as per Map recorded in Book 7, Page 21, Miscella
8 neous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, acquired by deed
9 from the County Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of
10 California, and
WHEREAS, said City of Anaheim has no use for said propert
12 or any part thereof for public purposes, and said City Council finds
13 that it is for the benefit and best interests of said City that the
14 said property should be sold and conveyed into private ownership in
15 order that the same may again be placed upon the tax rolls of the
16 City of Anaheim and the County of Orange, and
17 WHEREAS, it is impractical for the City of Anaheim to
18 initiate steps to clear title to said property, and
19 WHEREAS, an offer of One Hundred Twenty -five ($125.00)
20 Dollars has been made for the purchase of said City's right, title
21 and interest in said property by private individuals, to- wit: Merced
22 Veyna and Julia G. Veyna, husband and wife.
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
24 CITY OF ANAHEIM that it does hereby sell all of the right, title and
25 interest of saidCity of Anaheim in and to said above described real
26 property unto Merced Veyna and Julia G. Veyna, as joint tenants, and
27 the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Anaheim are hereby authorized
28 to make, execute and deliver unto said Merced Veyna and Julia G. Veyn
29 the deed of said City of Anaheim granting unto said Merced Veyna and
30 Julia G. Veyna, as joint tenants, all of the right, title and interes
31 of said City of Anaheim in and to said real property, the considera-
