that the sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00) belonging
to the City of Anaheim and then on deposit in an inactive account
with the Southern County Bank of Anaheim, California, be withdrawn
from said inactive account and placed in account with said Southern
County Bank to be known as Capital Outlays Account, such account
to be an inactive deposit; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the City Treasurer has made
such withdrawal and placed such sum in said Capital Outlays Account
in accordance with said Resolution No. 1305; and
WHEREAS, said City Council deems it advisable and for
the best interests of said City to place said sum, and any
_increment thereto, in an active deposit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
RESOLUTION NO. 1311
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING
THE CITY TREASURER TO DEPOSIT IN A CAPITAL OUTLAYS ACCOUNT, AS AN
ACTIVE DEPOSIT, ALL MONIES NOW IN AN ACCOUNT WITH SOUTHERN COUNTY
BA1K OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, KNOWN AS CAPITAL OUTLAYS ACCOUNT,
WHICH IS NOW AN INACTIVE DEPOSIT.
WHEREAS, on July 28, 1942, the City Council of the City
o. 1305, wherein it was provided
of Anaheim, adopted its Resolution 1'
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
1. That said sum of Fourteen Thousand ($14,000.00)
Dollars and all increment thereto, if any, now on deposit in said
Capital Outlays Account with said Southern County Bank, which
account is an inactive deposit, be withdrawn from said account
and be placed on deposit in a Capital Outlays Account with said
bank in an account which shall be an active deposit.
2. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to make the withdrawal and deposit as provided for in
the preceding paragraph, and in accordance with the provisions of
the Funds Deposit Law of the State of California, and the regula-
tions and statutes of the United States of America and its agencies
