RESOLUTION NO. 1305
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM PROVIDING
FOR THE DEPOSIT OF MONIES OF THE CAPITAL OUTLAYS FUND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF ANAHEIM: That
in order to carry out the provisions of Resolution No. 1304 of
said City Council and provide for the deposit of the monies
transferred from the General Fund to the Capital Outlays Fund,
that:
(1) The sum of Fourteen Thousand ($14,000.00) Dollars
belonging to the City of Anaheim and now deposited in an inactive
account with the Southern County Bank of Anaheim, California, be
withdrawn from said inactive account and placed in an account with
said Southern County Bank to be known as Capital Outlays Account,
which account shall be an inactive deposit.
(2) The sum of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars
belonging to the City of Anaheim and now deposited in an inactive
account with the Anaheim Branch of Bank of America National Trust
18 and Savings Association be withdrawn from said inactive account

and placed in an account with said Anaheim Branch of Bank of
20 America National Trust and Savings Association to be known as
21 Capital Outlays Account, which account shall be an active deposit.
22 (3) The sum of Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
23 017,250.00) Dollars belonging to the City of Anaheim and now
24 I deposited in an active (commonly called checking) account with
25 i Anaheim Branch of Bank of America National Trust and Savings
26 A ssociation be withdrawn from said active account aril placed in
27
said active deposit known as Capital Outlays Account with Anaheim
28 "Branch of Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association,
29 I I which is the same Capital Outlays Account referred to and described
in the immediate preceding paragraph; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all monies hereafter trans-
ferred into the Capital Outlays Fund be placed in said Capital

Outlays Account with the two banks heretofore described as said
Council shall from time to time direct, and
BE IT FURT:nER RESOLVED tract tree City Treasurer of tne
City of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sums or money heretofore described to the accounts
neretofore described and keep said sums in seid accounts, together
with any increment thereto, in accordance with tne provisions of
this Resolution, tree Funds Deposit Law of the State of California,
and tne regulations and statutes of tne United States of America
and its agencies, until further action of the City Council.
