RESOLUTION NO. 1304
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that
the sum of Eighty -one Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($81,250.)
be and it is forthwith transferred from the General Fund of the
City of Anaheim to the Capital Outlays Fund of the City of Anaheim,
which fund was created by Ordinance No. .6 of the City of Anaheim,
duly passed and adopted on the 14th day of July, 1942; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the money so placed in said Capital
Outlays Fund may be hereafter drawn therefrom and used in all cases
permitted by law..
The foregoing resolution is signed and approved by me this
14th day of July, 1942.
