RESOLUTION NC. /300
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on June 16, 1942, adopt its 1 4solution No. 1299, creating U. S.
Seriet E Savings Bond Account, and
WHEREAS, for the sake of uniformity the name of U, S.
Series E. Savings Bond Account should be changed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the name of the fund heretofore known as
U. S. Series E Savings Bond. Account be, and the same is hereby
changed to Employees War Bond Payroll Savings Fund; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Reo1utjon No. 1299 shall remain in full force and effect.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of July, 1942.
