Banks, and WHEREAS, Lloyd H. Banks has served the City of Santa Ana faithfully and well over a period of 16 years, and WHEREAS, the governing body and officials of the City of Anaheim have benefitted from their association with Mr. Banks and WHLMEA3, the valued services and efficient administration of his office has added ankh to the betterment of municipal government end administration, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it deeply mourns the untimely passing of Lloyd H. Banks, and on behalf of the people of Anaheim, it extends to his wife and children, its sincere sympathy in their great bereavement, and BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon;.: the minutes of said City Council and that a copy thereof be sent to Mrs. Banks.
