WHEREAS, the governing body of the City of Anaheim has learned with sorrow of the death of Matilda Stark and wishes to express its sympathy t' family during their hour of sorrow, and. WHEBEAS, Matilda Stark is survived by her on Eldon Stark, who se red y of Anaheim faithfully and well in the capacity of City Judge and. Dr. Stark and her daughter Mrs. Elva Tedford, and WHEREAS, the late William Stark, husband of Matilda Stark, served the Anaheim as a member of the Board of Trustees and as Mayor of the City of Anaheim and, in consideration of the valued services rendered this community by William Stark and her son Eldon Stark, the member' of the City Council of the City of Anaheim feel a very real sense of loss of one whose memory will remain a Choice possession for her family and for tha multitude of friends who knew her and loved her.
