BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that that
certain easement deed dated September 10, 1941, wherein Harold Ebeling, a single
man, grants to the City of Anaheim, for the widening of North West Street and
West Sycamore Street, a tract of real property in Vineyard. Lot B -7, in said City,
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of September, 1941, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN, Pearson, Van Wagoner, Yungbluth and Martenet,Jr.
NOES: COUNCILMEN, Pone.
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN, Sheridan.
and was approved and signed on said date.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH WEST STRUT
AND WEST SYCAMORE STREET
I, Charles E. Griffith, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, do hereby
certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution accepting an easement
deed for street widening, adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim at
the time and by the vote hereinabove stated.
