A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FIXING THE RATE FOR WATER
CONSUMPTION FOB. DOMESTIC PURPOSES DURING A CERTAIN TWO MONTH PERIOD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the water
rate to domestic consumers for the two month period between the water meter read-
ings of August and October, 1941, shall be one dollar per meter per month for each
of said months of said period; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above rate sr, ,11 be applicable only
for the consumption of water for domestic purposes;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the term "wat r for domestic purposes" shall
not include any water used for manufacturing, ro essing, par, g, anning, com-
mercial laundry or power purposes and shall no include a•y at used for irri-
gation purposes except for lawns, househo d dens and ale tal trees, flowers
and shrubs; and
