RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE CITY
TREASURER TO TRANSFER FUNDS.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, that Adolph
G. Puma, City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim be and he is hereby author-
ized to transfer three hundred twenty five dollars and three cents ($325.03)1
from the General Fund to the Library Fund. This amount representing the
amount due the Library Fund from uncollected 19+0 -41 taxes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Bank of America, Anaheim Branch,
receive a copy of this resolution.
On roll call the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN, Pearsn, Van Wagoner,
NOES: COUNCILMEN, None.
ARSE NT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN, None.
The Mayor of the City of Anaheim declared the foregoing resolution
