19 for the sum of Three Hundred Eighty -five ($385.00) Dollars, he
20 being the highest bidder for the same and having complied with all
21 of the provisions of said Resolution No. 1232,
22 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
23 CITY OF ANAHEIM: that it does hereby sell all of the above describe
24 real property unto the said R. L. Royalty, and the Mayor and
25 City Clerk of the City of Anaheim are hereby authorized to make,
26 execute and deliver to the said R. L. Royalty a grant deed of said
27 City of Anaheim conveying said property to said R. L. Royalty.
28 The foregoing resolution is approved and signed by me
29 his 22nd day of April, 1941.

RESOLUTION NO. 1242
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of that certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, j
State of California, described as follows: Lot 16 in Block "A"
of Tract No. 351, (Lohman Tract) as per map recorded in Book 15,
Page 3, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
and
WHEREAS, said City of Anaheim has no use for said propert
or any part thereof for public purposes, and the City Council of
the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best
interests of said City that said property should be sold and
conveyed unto private ownership, in order that the same may again
be placed upon the tax rolls of the City of Anaheim and the County
of Orange, and
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 1232, adopted March 25,
1941, said City Council did offer said lot for sale, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No, 1232 R. L.
Royalty did purchase said real property from the City of Anaheim
