RESOLUTION ENDORSING POSITION TAKEN BY RuNIINGTON BEACH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE UNDER
1 RESOLUTION NO. 210, APRIL 10, 1941.

WHEREAS, the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce, through its Board

of Directors, did on March 24, 1941, adopt a resolution requesting that the
4
California State Park Commission do away with the policy of a Matching Clause
5
and take steps to acquire the area of beach between Huntington Beach and Newport
6.
Beach for the purpose of dedicating it to the public.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
8
that it does hereby endorse the stand, taken by said Huntington Beach Chamber of
9
Commerce in its said Resolution.

Adopted this 15th day of April, 1941.
