1941-1237RESOLUTION NO. 1237
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
its Resolution No. 1235 adopted April 1, 1941, be and the same is hereby
rescinded. The subject matter thereof to be considered at such time in the
future as the City receives it delinquent taxes on the lot referred to in
said resolution.
The foregoing resolution was signed and approved by me this 8th
day of April, 1941.

NOES: COUNCILMEN, None.
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN, None.
