1941-1234BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
certain quitclaim deed dated March 29, 1941, signed by ELWIN KIBLER and
FLOY KIBLER, husband and wife, wherein ELWIN KIBLER and FLOY KIBLER, hus-
band and wife do hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to the City
of Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of
California, all that real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lot Four (4) Block
Two (2), of Tract No. 304, Mills Park Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as per map thereof recorded in Book 14,
Page 50, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, State of
California, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this ist day of April, 1941.
