RESOLUTION GRANTING RIGHT -OF -WAY ON BAST STREET TO ANAHEIM
UNION WATER COMPANY
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That Anaheim Union Water Company, a corporation, be and it is hereby
granted a right .-of -way over and along the westerly side of North East Street, be-
tween the pavement and the westerly curb line of said street, extending from the
southerly side of Sycamore Street to the present northerly city limits, for the
purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining thereon a pipe line and neces-
sary appurtenances for conveying water for irrigation,
