BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that that cer-
tain quitclaim deed dated January 31, 1941 signed by WILLARD M. CRISS, and witness-
ed by Chas. A. Criss and Mrs. Ella F. Criss, wherein WILLARD M. CRISS, does hereby
remise, release and forever quitclaim to the City of Anaheim, a municipal corpor-
ation of the sixth class of the State of California, all that real property sit-
uated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows: Lot 28 in Block "D" of "The Lorelei Tract" as shown on a map recorded
in Book 29, page 24 of Misc. Records of Los Angeles County, California, be and the
sane is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this llth day
of March, 1941.
