certain quitclaim deed dated February 5, 1941, signed by FIRST NATIONAL TRUST AND
SAYINGS BANK OF FULLERTON, a corporation, wherein FIRST NATIONAL TRUST AND RATINGS
BANK OF FEMLUURTON does hereby revise, release and forever quitclaim to the City
of Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of California,
all that real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows; Lot Twenty -One (21), Block Four (4), Tract
No. 422, "Mills Park Tract as shown on a Map recorded in Book 15, page 48 of
Misc. Maps, records of Orange County, California, be and the sane is hereby ac-
cepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this llth day of March, 1941.
