BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that that
certain quitclaim deed dated March 1, 1941, signed by Charles Findley, wherein
Charles Findley does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to the City of
Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of California,
all that real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows: Lots 14, 15 and 16 in Block "AM of Tract
Bo. 549, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 18, page 23 of Misc. Maps, records of
Orange County, California, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of March, 1941.
