BE IT RBSOLVBD by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that that cer-
tain quitclaim deed dated February 17, 1941, signed by WILLIAM I. MILLER and
MINNIB M. MILLER, husband and wife, wherein WILLIAM N. MILLER and MINN1B M. MILLER
husband and wife, do hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to the City of
Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of California,
all that real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as followsi Lot 12 in Block 1 of Tract No. 304, "Mills
Park Tract," as shown on a Map recorded in Book 14, Page 50 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California, be and the same is hereby accepted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of February, 1941.
