BIB IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that that
certain quitclaim deed dated February 17, 1941, signed by FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZ-
ABEFE OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, a corporation, wherein the FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZ-
ARENE OP ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, a corporation, (which derived title to the herein-
after described real property under the erroneous name of Church of the Nazarene)
does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to the City of Anaheim, a muni-
cipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of California, all that real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows: Lot 12 in Block 1 of Tract No. 304, "Mills Park Tract," as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 14, Page 50 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of February, 1941.

lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 18th day of
