1941-1218BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that that certain quitclaim deed, dated December 30, 1940; signed by Marie De Long, a single woman, whose address is 505 Topeka Street, Anaheim, California, wherein Marie De Long, a single woman, quitclaims to the City of Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, of the State of California, all that real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lot Nine (9) except the Southerly five (5) feet thereof in "Tract No. 640, Clementine St. Tract Annex as shown on a map recorded in Book 20, page 9 of Misc. Maps, records of Orange County, California, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim. Adopted this 7th day of January, 1941.
