adoption. Councilman Van Wagoner seconded the motion.
RESOLUTION NO. 121
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Mayor Chas. A. Pearson and City Clerk Charles E. Griffith are hereby author
ized to execute a quitclaim deed wherein said City of Anaheim quitclaims to
L. Morris, whose address is &--O South Hobart Street, Los Angeles,
California, all of its right, title and interest in and to all that real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif
ornis, described as follows: Lot 11, Block 7, Tract 422, "Mills Park Tract
as shown on a map recorded in Book 15, Wage 4S of Miscellaneous Maps, Record°
of Orange County, California. Such deed shall be delivered to the said
Josie L. Morris upon her delivering to said City Clerk the sum of Twenty
x$20.00} Dollars and surrendering to the City Treasurer of said City of Ana-H
heim for cancellation all 1911 Improvement Bond Act bonds against and a
lien upon the above described property.
On roll call the foregoing. resolution was passed and adopted by
the following vote: iI

ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN, None
